For the fastest return process, open a support ticket to inform us of the expected return and allow us the chance to satisfy the purchase if at all possible. Should you decide to ship you’re return you will be provided with a RMA and instructed on where to ship the package you received the order in.
All returns must be in unused condition for a refund.
Any items that were damaged during transit would be replaced upon receipt of notification that includes photo of the order as received. We may request the item to be returned based upon the circumstances on a case by case basis.
Any items that the customer feels unsatisfied with will be met with a credit applied to their next order. Maximum allowance would be a one time occurrence.
